VIDEO: All things Jack White

The Dead Weather performing "Will there be enough water" live @ the roxy.

As a result of being a fan of The White Stripes I've basically become a fan of all things Jack White, with the exception of Icky Thump and The Raconteurs second album. That's why I wish I would have liked this album more. I did get to see them perform a short set at the Regent theater last year and thought they put on a great show. There's just something about peformers who can truly, and genuinely, grasp the concept of what it is to be a showman that is undeniable. Alison Mosshart is perfect to front this group while Jack does what Jack does from behind the bangers, AKA drums. It's also nice to see him pop out from behind there every now and then to go nuts on guitar.

and it wouldn't be complete without something from The White Stripes. Here's a cover of Son House's "Death Letter"
